Long Term Athlete Development Program
Waking Up Champions is the towed water sports specific framework for optimal athlete development. The framework provides guidelines for appropriate training, competition and recovery environments for athletes. All principles are based on developmental age, the maturation level of an individual rather than simply chronological age. It recognizes the need to promote a physically active lifestyle, of making informed healthy choices and of being “Active for Life”.
